Starting An Online Business And Membership Site – FAQ
I recently got the email below from an online visitor to our blog interested in starting an online business with a membership site:

My interest is to start an online business ( I’m interested in a membership site ) my knowledge is limited around getting this set-up and running. In the case of our own site (SelfPublishWeb.com), we use our business blog primarily to educate visitors about our training product and direct them to our main site for purchasing and accessing the product.
We didn’t use WordPress to create our members area (the secure part of our site where customers can access our videos and tutorials on how to set up a blog), because at the time WordPress did not have membership plugins that could do what we wanted (e.g. allow different users to automatically create separate logins).
