How is the training provided/delivered?
We have broken down the comprehensive ’step-by-step’ training program into sequential tutorials where we show you how to install, set up, configure and use your site, as well as advanced online marketing tutorials that will help you take you business to a whole new level once your site is up and running.
All of the training is provided online with detailed written step-by-step intructions, flowcharts, diagrams, screenshots and accompanying video tutorials (20+ videos totalling over 3 hours worth of detailed instructions where we show you exactly what to do).
You will also receive a series of training emails containing specially written articles, tips and useful related information which will be automatically delivered to your inbox at regularly spaced intervals.
As soon as your purchase is approved, you will be directed to a Member’s registration page which will then allow you to login to the Member’s Area where all of the training information, videos, downloads and additional resources can be found.
It is important to note that everything is delivered electronically – we do not ship any physical products. This helps to keep costs as low as possible, which means you benefit not only by getting access to the information for a whole lot less money than we would have to charge you if we shipped a physical product, but you can also access the information immediately after purchase and get started on building your business blog or website right away.
Do we need any special software to watch the training videos?
No. Just click on the video icons in the training tutorials and when a new window opens up in your browser, click on the “play” icon on the video thumbnail and your video will begin to stream into your internet browser.
The videos will play fine on either Firefox or Internet Explorer browsers.

Can I give access to the Member’s Area to one of my employees so that he/she can build and learn to use the site?
Yes. Your purchase licence entitles you and anyone directly employed in your business to access the information in the member’s area and the forum.
We understand that business owners and managers may want to delegate the task of building and managing the site to others, so feel free to do this. The only restriction is that each purchase is limited to a single login. This should work fine for most businesses. If, however, there are special circumstances that require you to have separate user logins, please contact us to discuss your needs.
What we please ask you not to do, however, is share your login details with other businesses. Apart from the obvious reason that it is dishonest and unethical (and attracts major “bad karma”!), our membership software can detect anyone who accesses the Member’s Area without being a registered customer and will notify us of this. We will then have no choice but to terminate access to the site for users who violate our terms and conditions of use.
We normally charge several hundred dollars to set up these sites for businesses.
