We will commence working on your site as soon as we receive payment and your webhosting access details.

You are responsible for ensuring that your webhosting server meets all of the following requirements before placing your order:

Hosting Requirements

  • cPanel (preferably with Fantastico)
  • MySQL databases
  • PHP support

If you are not sure whether your server meets the above requirements, please contact your hosting provider.

You are also responsible for providing us with all of required login details and passwords to enable us to access, install and set up the site on your server. This includes:

  • Webhosting server login details
  • Domain name registrar details (if transferring existing domain / site to new webhosting provider)
  • Email set up logins and passwords (if transferring existing domain / site to new webhosting provider)
  • Google Account login details

Refunds & Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order after payment has been made, then, provided NO WORK HAS YET COMMENCED, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellation occurs within 1 week of placing order – 10% of purchase price
  • Cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of placing order – 15% of purchase price
  • Cancellation occurs within 6 weeks of placing order – 20% of purchase price
  • Cancellation occurs after 6 weeks of placing order - 100% of purchase price
